The Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association is a non-profit trade association representing over 750 members in the Santa Fe, Taos, Angel Fire, Los Alamos areas and Northern New Mexico. We present a wide array of professionals in addition to Builders and Developers. These construction-related businesses include: architects, landscapers, interior designers, Remodelors, finance companies, as well as construction materials suppliers. Together we contribute to the growth, prosperity and quality of life our “City Different” has come to enjoy.

We participate in a variety of activities through out the year:

The Home and Remodeling Show is held each year in the Spring with 90 plus participating vendors and builders who share their knowledge and expertise with the community. Non-profit groups are given an opportunity to share their programs with the Santa Fe Community as well.

The Haciendas - A Parade of Homes is a promotion for new and remodeled homes that presents innovative design and technology to the buying public. The event coincides with Indian Market, showcasing our industries’ quality craftsmanship, unique designs, neighborhoods and communities.

The Association is also founding sponsor of the Santa Fe Green Building Expo, showcasing the artisans and craftsmen & women who are making Santa Fe renowned as the Green Building Leader. The Home Builders Association present Homes as Art and are instrumental in defining Santa Fe Style, Water Conservation and Green, Eco-Friendly Building.  We hold informative and educational seminars and luncheons throughout the year.  The Association sponsors numerous community events.  We are proud to partner with our builder members, associates and sponsors in supporting the Santa Fe Community.

New Mexico Home Builders Association has been serving the building industry of New Mexico since 1959. As a member of the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association, you are automatically a member of the New Mexico Home Builders Association. NMHBA is the state-coordinating body for all local home builder associations and members-at-large representing more than 1700 home builders and associate members. The association provides membership services in these major areas:
