This family of three had just one compact bathroom so they decided to go all out. The lovely handmade sink was full of intricate patterns and symbols important to the daughter. Father and mother both invested in top-quality, atmospheric cabinetry. A light giving skylight and its improvement were important to all. A deeper, wider bathtub for relaxing suited the man of the house. And to cap it off, but still meet code, we fashioned a fixed, glass-block “window” allowing light entry, but not air, as an immovable exterior gas meter was inside the “build” envelope. A powerful but quiet Panasonic “whisper” fan handled fresh air needs. In the end, a lovely self-care room for the whole family.
