2022 Remodelers Showcase
This stunning remodel was designed for merrymaking. Whether cooking, eating, or playing music together is on the agenda, this space begs to host gatherings both large and intimate. The space flows with organic ease from the kitchen to the dining room, and from the living room onto the terrace. Scraped nearly to the foundation, only the garage walls and foundation remained from the home’s previous iteration. Praxis design | build reconfigured and merged the low, small kitchen and living room into a spacious great room featuring high ceilings.
The new expansive terrace replaced a rickety and rotten deck and now offers outdoor dining, ample banco seating, a fire feature, barbecue, and beautiful built-in steel planters with a heart-stopping sunset view over the city lights all the way to Mt. Taylor.
