2022 Remodelers Showcase
Zachary & Sons made interior designer Jennifer Ashton’s “Granny Chic” vision spring to life in this historic, light-drenched Griffin Street home a mere five-minutes walk to the Santa Fe Plaza. Refurbished furniture imbues this traditional home with a cozy feel while playful wallpaper and mesa-inspired paint allow the imagination to wander.
Throughout the space, the flavor of traditional Santa Fe remains ever-present in the tile work envisioned by Lois Delora of Statements in Tile. In sublime balance with its traditional and cozy aesthetic, expertly remodeled bathrooms with heated towel racks bring this house into the 21st century by offering guests the comforts of home in the City Different. Truly a family affair, this project features the teamwork of Zachary & Sons founder Zachary Shultz and sons Aaron and Joshua. The result is a short-term rental exemplifying how to bring the past into the present while maintaining the nostalgic warmth of grandma’s living room.
