The 2021 NM Residential Energy Conservation Code was Adopted January 30 and becomes Mandatory on July 30.
The educational program for builders and code officials is being coordinated by the Santa Fe Community College Energy Smart Academy and is sponsored by the Santa Fe New Mexican in partnership with Northern NM Home Builder’s Association.
Attend this education seminar to understand these mandatory changes to building practices. Lunch is included w/ RSVP.
