Trades-Focused Meeting with Santa Fe Community College

The purpose of the meeting is to solicit feedback from local industry to introduce the re-launch of our Construction Building Certificate . We will also review the success of our HVAC/Plumbing Certificate Program, Facility Maintenance Technician . Our next cohorts for both Facility Maintenace & Construction Building will start in August of 2024
SFCC would like to partner with you and create a pipeline for potential employment.
Meeting agenda:
- Review the training curriculum for both Facility Maintenance & Construction Building Certificate – your feedback is essential for us to produce quality graduates ready for entry into the workforce
- Update on our upcoming Electrical Technician Certificate
- Labor market lookahead for 2024/ 2025
- Discuss internship placement while training
- Presentation by IET Team from SFCC ( Learning Support Group )
- Meet our dedicated faculty, staff, and administration
