With its renovation, Zachary & Sons Homes aimed to give polish to the houses, which were already imbued with timeless charm. The company applied buttery smooth plaster, installed fragrant split cedar latillas, and embedded salvaged handmade tiles above doors and windows and on multiple kiva fireplaces. Upgraded appliances, concrete radiant-heat floors, and new electrical and plumbing systems also brought this property back to life.
