The Spring Haciendas Magazine is starting to take form. This FRIDAY is the deadline to enter your REMODEL PROJECT in the 2024 Remodel Show and be featured at the very center of our 35th Annual Home Expo taking place at Santa Fe’s downtown community convention center on March 16-17, 2024.

Gov’t & Public Affairs Committee
The Government and Public Affairs Committee of the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association / Northern NM Builders Association is a dedicated group of professionals focused on advocating for the interests of the local home building, design, and construction industry. This committee plays a crucial role in engaging with governmental bodies, shaping policies, and addressing key public affairs issues that impact this industry in Northern New Mexico. Through collaborative efforts and informed advocacy, the committee strives to promote a sustainable and thriving environment for our sector and broader community.
- WHEN: Second Wednesdays of the month from 10-11am
- WHERE: Association Offices or alternate location

Haciendas de Santa Fe – Parade of Homes Committee
This committee takes charge of running our annual flagship event.
- WHEN: First Thursdays of the month from 12Noon – 1PM
- WHERE: Association Offices or alternate location
- *Builder, Sponsor, Gala, and Judging Sub-Committees meet at the call of the chair

- WHEN: Second Fridays of the month, usually from 12:30 – 1:30PM at the Association Offices but occasionally at local water holes who serve nachos.
