This beautiful modern home is particularly special to the team at Boss Builders, which participated in the project from the design by Archaeo Architects all the way through the build’s completion. The result is a modern showpiece with exquisite details and finishes. The home’s spine separates sets of massings that compose the home. On the east side of the spine reside three massings comprising the garage, entry and three ensuite guestrooms. Meanwhile, to the east of this home’s spine are the kitchen, great room and den.

Each massing is separated by a glazed eight-foot ramp allowing the house to step down with the natural topography of the ridge. This contemporary home captures views from the entry throughout the entire home. The street view of this home is absolutely stunning and showcases its beauty.
