The B Fit RX Studio

The B Fit Rx Studio in Santa Fe offers a unique take on health and fitness based on its creative architecture, its focus on natural light and the surrounding natural beauty. The studio reflects the philosophy of owner, wellness, strength, and conditioning coach Wayne J. Dotson.

The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated changes in the fitness industry in unprecedented ways. As the office has been transported into the home, so has the gym. Gyms have faced unique challenges and new habits have formed impacting how and where people are exercising. It was through this challenging time and client concerns about returning to a large public gym that the concept for B Fit was born. We’ve created a boutique fitness studio where clients have the entire run of the facility for one-on-one training sessions. B Fit provides the benefit and privacy of exercising at home but offers a wellness coach, state-of-the-art commercial fitness equipment plus amenities expected from a luxury spa. Crucially, full facility cleansing occurs following each workout. The health program for B Fit inspired the architecture, and the architecture inspires the wellness seekers who love the new studio.
