2022 Remodelers Showcase
Maahs Construction LLC was honored in 2020 as winner of the Santa Fe Home Show Remodelers Showcase and returns with another strong entry — this totally tasteful remodel of a 1980s condominium on Santa Fe’s historic east side.
Extensive changes to the condominium bring both a modern sensibility and a sense of privacy to the property. A set of sliding doors leads to a private walled garden and patio space that provides a tranquil space for relaxation and reflection.
D Maahs Construction LLC implemented numerous revisions to the original floor plan during the remodeling process. The second floor was enlarged and the floor plan reworked to meet the client’s vision. Meanwhile, the ground floor received its own updates including the installation of radiant heating for a cozy, comforting feeling.
