Helping homeowners realize their vision is why Modern Design+Construction, Inc., founder Bill Roth and his talented team do what they do. For this project, Modern Design+Construction, Inc. draws your attention to a revitalized kitchen and dining area in one of Santa Fe’s Stamm homes. For the delightful young family of four living there, the remodeled kitchen and dining room were part of a much larger remodel in which Modern Design+Construction, Inc. reconfigured the garage into a laundry area and jewelry studio.
Working in tandem with project manager Mario Manzanares, the overall project gave the clients everything they wanted. The redesigned kitchen and dining room now flow into a more open and modern floor plan incorporating the living room. The light and airy kitchen incorporate plenty of prep space and a large island for dining and years of memory-making.
