Elegant, Comfortable, Sustainable Living
This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with easy access to the public La Tierra trails is unobtrusively nestled into rolling hills just a few miles west of Sama Fe.
An artisan commissioned by Homewise to add Northern New Mexico flare co the homes we build created a Homewise tile at the front door, a locally designed doorbell frame, and a flagstone mosaic. The great room includes a fireplace and access to the front patio. The open floor plan gathering area is flanked by a connected dining room and a kitchen auspiciously appointed with premium stainless-steel appliances. Additional kitchen upgrades include cream-colored granite countertops and espresso-hued cabinets and floors.
All bedrooms are equipped with wall-to-wall carpeting, closet space, and exterior views of the meandering high desert. The master bedroom features a cavernous walk-in closet and a beautiful en-suite bath with bronze fixtures and a mosaic tile bath and shower. Both the master and a second bedroom open onto the rear covered patio. An attached two-car garage allows access to a high-efficiency heater and boiler.
Low-E windows, a drip irrigation system, forced-air heating, and other efficiency features contribute to both reduced energy costs and an energy-conscious lifestyle, while a beautifully rendered exterior delivers one of the best New Mexico features of all: outdoor living.
