This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with easy access to the public La Tierra trails is unobtrusively nestled into rolling hills just a few miles west of Sama Fe.
An artisan commissioned by Homewise to add Northern New Mexico flare co the homes we build created a Homewise tile at the front door, a locally designed doorbell frame, and a flagstone mosaic. The great room includes a fireplace and access to the front patio. The open floor plan gathering area is flanked by a connected dining room and a kitchen auspiciously appointed with premium stainless-steel appliances. Additional kitchen upgrades include cream-colored granite countertops and espresso-hued cabinets and floors.
